Our professional cleaners have a comprehensive check list for all the cleaning requirements in every room. They take photo’s at the end of every clean and these are recorded.

Our maintenance team takes care of small maintenance items like replacing light bulbs, leaking taps, basic blocked sinks and toilets and other minor requirements. For more major maintenance issue they will organise quotes for repairs.

We have a 24 x 7 Helpdesk team with a 1300 number so that tenants can call for any issues they may have. Many times these issues can be resolved over the phone and if not they will be escalated to a team on the ground.
